Kim Onufrock leads the Business Development efforts for the Consulting division of Messina Group, and leads Marketing for all Messina divisions and brands. Kim is a technology entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience propelling the growth of sales organizations, serving a wide range of vertical markets. In her role at Messina Group, Kim is focused on driving revenue by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships, and securing new business. Prior to joining Messina Group, Kim served as VP of Sales and Marketing for a software development consulting and staffing firm. She has also served as an advisor to entrepreneurial companies to create new ways to increase their revenues through creative sales and marketing strategies.
Kim was a founding partner of Ibex Healthdata Systems, a HealthTech startup that created PulseCheck, the first-ever web-based Electronic Medical Record and Management System for Emergency Departments. As head of Sales, Marketing and Strategy, she helped lead the company through each stage of growth. She served on the company’s Board of Directors from inception through its successful exit.
