LabTemps is seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Team in both an Account Management and Business Development capacity. The incumbent will be responsible for servicing existing accounts while also selling our services through a comprehensive approach that allows them to identify new business opportunities, understand the client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition with the goal of generating new business for the company. The ideal candidate for this role will possess an enthusiasm for sales, strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to articulate a value proposition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand customer’s business needs and offer highly valued solutions
  • Understand organizational structures to strategically create and communicate tailored solutions for clients 
  • Prospect new business opportunities and develop legacy accounts through daily interactions
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve new business targets and exceed key performance goals
  • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to identify trends and referrals
  • Communicate effectively with others to create a productive and diverse environment
