Working closely with the client’s leadership team,
· Messina’s Talent Acquisition team led the Sales search process and successfully hired 14 new National Sales Territory Managers.
· Concurrently, Messina’s Sales Enablement team assessed, streamlined, and automated Sales Operations and improved Sales productivity.
· An Analytics solution, delivered by Messina’s Analytics consultants, provided our client cost and pricing insights which improved GM by > 7 figures.
