Messina Group conducted an end to end review of an organization that runs on the Salesforce Nonprofit Starter Pack while utilizing a number of integrations to popular donor platforms.

As an outcome of the review, we updated the organization’s data model to better suit their unique needs and yield reports to track donations, drive donor targeting, and to match cancer patients seeking support with survivor mentors based on attributes shown to make for the best possible match. Additionally, when the in-house Salesforce Admin moved on from the organization, Messina Group stepped in to provide part-time Admin services.
