Our client is a rapidly growing Professional Services firm that needed to migrate from a legacy enterprise AS400 platform to a Cloud-based enterprise platform. The client’s business model had evolved over the years, and the legacy platform no longer supported operations.
Solution Overview
Our initial Assessment phase included a Clarity Workshop and enterprise cloud platform selection. Key deliverables included the selection of an enterprise cloud platform to support the high growth of our Client and the overall scope, cost, and timeline of the program.
Our client selected the Microsoft Cloud platform to support future growth. Other key components included MS Dynamics GP, MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Office 365, and the Analytics Hub. Throughout the Build phase, Messina successfully integrated Change Management services in order to limit operational disruption.

Messina Group successfully delivered the Cloud ERP and CRM migration on-time and within budget. The Microsoft Cloud solution incorporated extensive workflow and automation throughout Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Order Fulfillment, and Invoicing processes. Additionally, an enterprise BI dashboard with newly established KPIs was implemented to deliver an improved analysis of the company’s ongoing performance.
