Our client is a Private Equity firm that owns a Food Distribution company with rapid M&A growth plans.

Our Private Equity client had signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a Food Distribution company to add on to their platform Food Distribution business and needed to identify any Red Flags from an IT perspective as well as gain insights for integration planning.
